InvoiceStamp 1.1 makes your invoices more dependable: PDFs that carry everything you entered, payments and saves you can trust, and designs that load faster. It also brings a fresh look and a smoother editor.
New
- A native Liquid Glass (opens in a new tab) tab bar on iPhones running iOS 26 (opens in a new tab) or later.
- Archive clients and products you no longer need, and restore them from the Archived tab. Deleting one that your documents still use now offers to archive it instead.
- Search designs by name, description, tag or variant, and combine words, like “dark serif”.
- Every country’s currency is available. The Bulgarian lev is retired now that Bulgaria uses the euro (opens in a new tab).
- A new first-run setup takes you through your business, your brand and your look before your first invoice.
- Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen.
- The theme can follow your device’s light or dark setting.

- A smoother editor: add one-off line items quickly, and if something is missing when you save, it tells you exactly what.
- Designs load faster, and stay on your device once they’ve loaded.
- Home screen totals are added up per currency, over true calendar weeks, months, quarters and years.
- Every saved invoice shows whether it’s paid, and tapping a notification opens its document.
- The PDF preview shows clearly when a PDF is being made or has failed, with a way to try again.
- Amounts are formatted the same way on every device, always with two decimals.
- The subscription screen lists only what Pro actually includes, and offers a free trial only when you’re eligible for one.
Fixed
- Every tax ID you add (TVA, SIRET, EIN, ABN, EORI, RFC, CNSS, Patente and more) now prints on your PDFs.
- A fixed discount now shows in the live preview, matching the saved invoice and its PDF.
- Marking an invoice as paid is saved to your account, not just this phone, and a double tap records the payment only once.
- Opening, sharing or starting another document no longer overwrites unsaved work, and a deleted line item can be undone.
- A save cut short by a dropped connection no longer creates a duplicate when you reconnect.
- A document number that arrives late no longer renumbers a document you opened in the meantime.
- A PDF can no longer show an older version of your document after quick edits, and “PDF ready” arrives only once the PDF is really saved.
- When signing in, buying, sharing or saving fails, you now see a clear message instead of nothing.
- Email verification no longer gets stuck on “Check your inbox”.
- Closing the app while it first loads no longer clears the data it keeps on your device.
- The currency you pick during setup is now saved to your profile, and the Save Location you choose now sticks.
- Deleting your account now also deletes your uploaded logos, signatures and product images.
- Security fixes: accounts are created only for a verified email address, error messages never include your details, and no one else can delete your images.
