Cookie Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on InvoiceStamp's websites:

Both are operated by BIGBANG.MA, the data controller described in our Privacy Policy. They share one cookie choice: what you choose on one applies on the other.

createinvoicepdf.com, InvoiceStamp’s free invoice generator, asks for its own choice and lists its cookies in its own privacy policy.

The mobile apps do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. How they handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies and similar storage

A cookie is a small text file a website keeps in your browser and reads back on later visits. Websites can also keep data in your browser’s local storage and session storage, which work the same way but are never sent to a server; session storage is cleared when you close the tab. This policy covers all three.

Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party. Cookies set by another company’s domain, such as Microsoft’s clarity.ms, are third-party.

3. Your choice

On your first visit, a card titled “Cookies, your call.” asks before we use anything that is not strictly necessary. It offers three categories:

CategoryWhat it coversYour choice
NecessaryRemembers your cookie choice and your settings, such as your light or dark theme. Never shared.Always on: the sites need it to work as you set them
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies, to count visits and see how pages are used, with heatmaps and recordings of visits.Off until you allow it
MarketingLets Google and Microsoft use this data to measure and personalise InvoiceStamp’s ads.Off until you allow it
  • “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”: one click each, side by side. “Choose” lets you set each category; nothing is switched on in advance.
  • Change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page of both sites. When you withdraw a category, we delete the cookies it set on our own domains and tell Google’s tag and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft’s own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com are Microsoft’s to clear: Clarity is told that you deny consent, and you can also delete them in your browser.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, marketing stays off, whatever you pick.
  • How long your choice lasts. About six months, after which the card asks again. Safari, and every browser on iPhone and iPad, keeps cookies that a page’s script sets for at most 7 days, so there the card asks again after a week.

4. Before you choose, or if you refuse

  • Google Analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode. Until you allow analytics, it sets and reads no cookies and sends cookieless signals that carry no identifier: the page, the time, your browser’s user agent, the referring page, whether you have consented, and a random number generated on each page load. Google uses them to estimate overall use of the site.
  • Microsoft Clarity sets no first- or third-party cookies and gives every page view its own ID, so your visits are not linked.

7. Other services our pages use

  • Cloudflare hosts both sites. On invoicestamp.com, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security.
  • Brandfetch serves the App Store and Google Play logos on both sites. It sets no cookies.

8. The companies that receive this data

CompanyServiceTheir policy
Google Ireland LimitedGoogle Analytics and Google Tag ManagerHow Google uses information from sites that use its services
Microsoft CorporationMicrosoft ClarityMicrosoft Privacy Statement

Where they may process data, and how long it is kept, are set out in Sections 7 and 8 of our Privacy Policy. The legal bases we rely on are in its Section 4.

9. Blocking cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser’s settings, or browse with tracker blocking turned on. Both sites work fully without them, except that the card will ask for your choice again.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the cookies we use change, and change the date above. When a change needs a new choice from you, the card asks again. The current version is always at www.invoicestamp.com/cookies.
